Gustaf Bonde

Gustaf started his career at Goldman Sachs in 2004, advising Nordic pension funds and insurers across a broad range of asset classes. He has since held senior roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays and UBS, and most recently at Deutsche Bank, where he originated debt transactions in trade finance, specialty finance and growth and venture lending. Based in Madrid.

Gustaf holds an MA in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University and an MSc in Finance from Cass Business School.
Jacob Bruzelius
Debt Advisor
Jacob spent his first decade as a real estate banker in Stockholm, London and Frankfurt. He then joined Rikshem as its first Head of Treasury, building the function from scratch and pioneering the shift from bank to bond market financing among large Swedish real estate companies — including the first investment grade rating achieved by a non-state-owned Swedish property company. He later served as CEO of Catella Corporate Finance Sweden, where he also headed Debt Advisory. Based in Stockholm.

Per Hjortsberg
Co-founder
Per began his career at Handelsbanken Capital Markets in Stockholm in 2007 as an interest rate options trader. Throughout his career, he has focused on providing strategic advice to institutional clients, primarily in the Nordics and more recently in the Americas. His experience spans roles at Nordea, Barclays, Danske Bank (including Danske Markets in New York) and most recently within Real Estate finance at Norion Bank.
