Gustaf Bonde
Co-founder
Gustaf started his career at Goldman Sachs in 2004 in the Pension & Insurance Solutions Group, where he advised Nordic pension funds and life insurance companies across a broad range of asset classes. He has since held senior roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays and UBS, consistently focusing on strategic advisory and execution for institutional investors. Most recently, Gustaf was at Deutsche Bank, where he combined institutional client coverage with the origination of debt transactions involving trade finance, specialty finance and growth/venture companies. Gustaf has been based in London since 2004 and relocated to Madrid in 2025.

Gustaf holds MA in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University in New York City and a MSc in Finance from Cass Business School in London.
Per Hjortsberg
Co-founder
Per began his career at Handelsbanken Capital Markets in Stockholm in 2007 as an interest rate options trader. Throughout his career, he has focused on providing strategic advice to institutional clients, primarily in the Nordics and more recently in the Americas. His experience spans roles at Nordea, Barclays and Danske Bank, including Danske Markets in New York. In addition to his role at Pegujo Capital, Per has consulted within business development for Norion Bank, where his engagement concluded in the fall of 2025.

Per holds an MSc in Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden.
